Working with Nada was an absolute joy, which helped me to positively shape my career goals, my work environment, collaboration, and work-life balance. Nada created a weekly safe space where for 1 hour I could explore my failures and mistakes, be open, sometimes frustrated, but always leave the meeting inspired to move forward. By asking me the right, and sometimes tough questions, by guiding me through communication styles and emotion management, Nada helped me understand my strengths and how to activate them and get unstuck in my professional life. Refocusing on what I can control, instead of blaming the situation or others, encouraged me to spend all that frustrated energy on creating a positive action plan for continuous growth as a leader and as an expert within my field. 

I had the pleasure of working with Nada as my executive coach and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. Nada is an incredible coach. She is honest, perceptive, and wise. Her intuition and framing have been invaluable in helping me to better understand my strengths and challenges. Her technique and insightful questions help reframe things that seemed impossible before. Time spent with Nada is inspiring and productive and I always walk away with a better understanding of and excitement about what I have discovered with her help. 

I had such an amazing and eye-opening experience working with Nada. I was struggling with intense imposter syndrome and anxiety after starting a new job, and working with Nada helped give me the tools to manage it through straightforward but insightful approaches. Each week I looked forward to our conversations where I could bring something I wanted to work on/unpack. By the end of the session, I always felt so 'free' of my stress, worry, and feelings of insecurity and went into the rest of the day feeling empowered. Even my boss noticed a difference in my demeanor after I had a Nada session! Nada equipped me with a variety of tools to help address my area of focus, including identifying and leveraging my key strengths, understanding and tapping into my emotions, and a reframing technique that helped me to understand the extra weight I was attaching to others' comments or questions. At our last session, Nada prepared a thoughtful and extensive document with quotes she had written down from me around my learnings, fears, strengths, etc. from our time together. That was the icing on the cake for me - it showed she deeply cares about each of the clients she works with and listens closely to them to understand how to help them reach their goals. I cannot recommend her more.

Coaching with Nada has been an incredible experience and one that I would recommend to anyone who is hoping to improve their lives, but most importantly themselves. Every single coaching session has been eye opening. Nada has helped me find that power within to keep pushing and achieve the things I've always been too scared to go after. Nada has provided me with the tools and techniques I need to tackle any situation at work and also in my day to day, which has significantly reduced my anxiety and has given me the confidence I was missing.
