Meeting facilitation
To prepare us for a well-flowing and constructive meeting, we'll initially work together to identify goals, understand the current reality, clarify the vision, map out the ground rules, outline how decisions get made, and create the agenda.
This will enable us to set the stage for the meeting and ensure we keep the momentum and energy we need to stay on track towards the desired outcomes while giving everyone the opportunity to listen, feel heard, engage and contribute.
