How I Help

We'll start with articulating what you think is not working, why, and what it is you want to achieve. Via observations, research, and conversations with appropriate folks throughout the org you will get a comprehensive synopsis with recommended options on next steps. You choose what you'd like to do and when. Here's what the experience can look like:

1. Clarify and articulate what success looks like

What are you trying to solve for and what is the future-state you'd like to achieve? How will you know you got there? Clarifying this and writing it down will help guide our approach.

2. Map out the internal landscape

We'll look at structure, activities, processes, and people dynamics to highlight where things are working well and where they're breaking down. 

3. Find and identify the blind spots

You'll discover hidden problems (individual and organizational) that will give you a better sense of your team or company's current standings. You'd be surprised to see what you didn't know, you didn't know. 

4. Create a comprehensive synopsis with recommended next steps

Here's where it all comes together. We'll highlight what's truly working well and what isn't, what could be contributing to the current state, revisit original goals and perspectives, and provide a list of recommendations on how you may approach next steps through consulting, coaching, training, and/or facilitation. 

5. Coach, Train, Develop & Build

Based on the recommended next steps provided in the synopsis, you might choose to start with facilitation and coaching, or coaching and training, or any combination that comes out of our analyses and conversations.

During this process, your people and teams will be learning skills and using tools that will personally and collectively elevate them to the next level.  Everyone is empowered to become change agents in your company's transformation.
