The first move in every engagement is to make the invisible visible — the patterns running you, the hidden rules running the team, the operating system shaping what actually gets done. That's the diagnosis. But seeing what's there isn't enough on its own. The real work is what comes next: building the tools, language, and infrastructure to operate differently — until what was hidden becomes a system you can see, change, and lead.

This approach is grounded in 20 years of building and scaling marketing and growth organizations, and leading teams, paired with formal coaching training (ICF-accredited). Coaching experience and operating experience aren't separable in this work — you need both.

1:1 Leadership Coaching

One-on-one work for the leader stepping into bigger scope, at a critical point, or finally ready to lead the way they actually want to. Weekly 60-minute sessions over Zoom, minimum three months, most engagements run three to six. Every session moves you forward — we look at what surfaced since we last met, name what's underneath it, and end with one specific thing you'll try before we meet again.

By the time we're done, you've built the skills to keep doing this work without me. That's the design.

Team Coaching, Training & Workshops

Group work for teams that need to function differently — not just collaborate better, but actually decide, communicate, and execute as one unit. Format scales with depth. Workshops run from two-hour sessions to multi-day or multi-week intensives, designed around your team's specific dynamics and grounded in pre-work like strengths assessments. Longer engagements start with 1:1 conversations across the team to surface what's really happening, then move into group coaching with individual check-ins along the way.

This is where coaching meets operating — because you can't build a real team without doing both.

Organization-Wide Coaching & Operating System Design

For companies that need to function differently at the whole-organization level — not just inside individual leaders or single teams. I work alongside the CEO, COO, and leadership team to surface the operating system that's actually driving outcomes across the company, then build the infrastructure that makes scaling possible: the systems, language, and rhythms a growing company needs to stop running on heroics.

This is org-level coaching paired with operating system design. Best for Series A to Series D companies between 50 and 500 people.
